General description
FRP molded grating is a kind of plate material with particular space which uses glass fiber as reinforced materials, and uses unsaturated polyester resin (including phenylene type, o-phenylenediamine type, vinyl-type and phenolic-type, bisphenol A type, etc) as matrix and formed the final FRP grating by hand made yarn arrangement and resin molding in large metal die. The interlacing glass fiber of FRP grating is fully saturated with resin which produces grid corrosion to the maximum extent and makes symmetrical grid, but also this design makes it posssess congeniality in both vertical and horizontal direction, so FRP gratings have a higher intensity and better structural integrity; The gloss surface and italic gate of FRP molded grating has the function of self-cleaning, and the concave surface has a non-slip performance, if it is sanding surface, the non- slip effect is better.
